TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THE STATEMENT BELOW.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW, YOUR PARTY RESERVATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETED. SWIM VENTURE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.
1. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due at the time of your party reservation. Remaining balance will be due and billed the 1st business day after your party reservation date. Your remaining balance will include; party package cost, and if applicable, additional kids and supplies.
2. If you would like to reserve extra time to your party it is best to do so in advance. Swim Venture cannot guarantee there will be extended time available if you choose to add it as time gets closer to your reservation date. Each additional 30 minutes is $50.00.
3. All children under the age of 14 will be considered a party guest and will be charged $5.00 per person for Swim Venture members and $15.00 for non-members for guests exceeding 12. The maximum number of children in the facility may not exceed 18. Due to Fire Department Codes, we are unable to accommodate any more than 18 children in the pool, therefore table settings for the children will not be set for more than 18 children. The maximum number of guests total cannot exceed 30. The maximum number of guests total cannot exceed 30.
4. Each child’s guardian must sign a liability and release form before they enter the pool. If they do not have a signed liability and release form the child will not be allowed to enter the pool.
5. If your party package includes invitations or if you are purchasing them, it will take up to 2-3 full business days from the day after your approval of a proof for them to be printed and mailed to you. From the time of your invitation order it will take up to 2-3 full business for a proof. Invitations can ONLY be proofed through email. Once an order has been approved it is FINAL and there will be a charge if you have a new change. Orders made after 3pm will not be processed until the next business day.
6. The following party packages DO NOT include any party supplies or decorations: pool party and movie night party.
7. The Luau, Princess and Pirate Party package only include enough supplies for the children, not the adults. It would be best to bring extra supplies for the adults.
8. Due to the size of the facility there is no extra party supplies or decorations kept there. Therefore, if you need to have extra supplies you must place an order for the items 7 business days in advance.
9. You will have 30 minutes prior to your party to set-up and 30 minutes afterwards for clean up time.
All guests will be asked to wait outside the facility until the scheduled party time.
10. The pool will be closed 30 minutes prior to the end of the party to allow guest to dry off, change and enjoy any food and cake.
11.Please know that there is no refrigeration in the facility, you are welcome to bring ice coolers and bins as needed. Party decorations are allowed with the exception of: confetti and silly string. Decorations are not allowed to be taped onto anything in the facility.
12. Children under the age of four years old must wear a swim diaper. Disposable diapers must be covered with a plastic diaper that seals around the legs and waist.
13. An adult must accompany non-swimmers at all times in the pool.
14. Floatation devices are not allowed.
15. For safety reasons employees, including the lifeguard, do not go into the pool to play games with the children. They stay outside the pool walking the perimeter of the pool to ensure the safety of each child and have a view across the pool.
16. There is a swim safety test performed at the beginning of the party.
17. The pool is 33 feet long, the deepest part is 4 feet and the shallowest part is 3 feet.
18. No running, wrestling, fake drowning, splashing or diving in the pool. No jumping in the shallow end. When going down the water slide, 1 person at a time, after the lifeguard has said it is okay to go down the slide, feet first.
19. For safety reasons, the lifeguards reserve the right to determine the number of children allowed in the pool at any given time.
