Class Levels

 

Level 1 - Underwater Comfort - Learn to hold your breath and become comfortable going under water. You will learn to retrieve object from the bottom of the pool and become comfortable floating on your back.
Level 2 - Floating and Kicking - Learn to independently float on your front and back. You will learn to jump into a pool and get into a survival float and remain floating for over 30 seconds.
Level 3 - Rolling and Breathing - Learn how to breathe by rolling from a front float to a back float. You will learn how to swim across a pool by kicking in a front float and rolling to your back to breathe.
Level 4 - Front/Back Crawl Stroke - Learn how to use your arms to help propel yourself across the pool. You will learn how to integrate usingyour arms with proper floating and kicking in order to swim across the pool.
Level 5 - Swim Stroke Introduction - Learn the basics of the four competitive swim strokes. You will learn proper breathing for freestyle and be introduced to the different elements of the breast and butterfly stroke.
Level 6 - Swim Stroke Reinforcement - Learn how to successfully swim the four competitive strokes. You will learn how to put together the necessary elements of each stroke in order to swim them with the proper rhythm
