Absence Policy

In order to qualify for a make up lesson, you must notify Swim Venture in advance of your absence via the web at www.swimventure.com/makeups. Swim Venture will keep track of each absence that you have notified us of and you may request a make-up class anytime prior to your last lesson.

Make-Up Policy

In order to qualify for a make up lesson, you must have notified Swim Venture in advance of your absence via phone. Make-ups are dependent upon schedule and instructor availability. They are available for a non-refundable, non-transferable fee of $5.00 per Semi-Private lesson student, and $10.00 per Private lesson student. A make-up lesson cannot be made up. If you miss the make-up lesson, you forfeit the make-up lesson fee that was paid to hold a spot with-in the make-up class time. Make-up lessons must be scheduled prior to your last class.
