Swim Camps

Swim Camp
This camp is designed for beginner through advanced swimmers ages 5 - 14. Whether you are learning to swim, preparing to join a team or already on one, we have a group that is right for you. This camp is designed to teach the proper swim strokes, starts and turns. We teach an easy to follow skill progression that will help you learn how to swim with proper stroke technique. Swimmers will be broken up into groups based upon age and ability.


Jr. Lifeguard Swim Camp
This camp is designed to help students ages 8+ prepare for Jr. Lifeguard try-outs.  Each year hundreds of students try-out for Junior Lifeguards and fail to meet the swimming requirements. This swim camp allows students to get into the pool and get a head start on summer. Coaches will spend time working on stroke technique, strength and endurance. It’s not uncommon for swimmers to improve 10% - 20% in only 8 weeks at our camp. Most camps are held 2 - 4 days per week for one month.
